Can I use my Faster Card anywhere i.e. Online?
You can use the Faster Card anywhere that Mastercard is accepted (pending any restrictions by the merchant on pre-paid card usage).
Is my Faster card a Debit Card or Credit Card?
The Faster card is a Pre-Paid Mastercard.
What happens if my account is hacked and my money is gone?
Your Faster account is secure with banking-level security to protect your account and your personal information. The terminal is a PCI-compliant with security protection to keep your account safe.
How long will it take to set up and install my terminal?
After your application is approved, getting set up with Faster only takes minutes. A Faster representative will assist you in the setup process to ensure the process is conducted efficiently.
How long does it take for the application to be approved?
If the application is filled out correctly, your application will be approved within 24-72 hours. If there are issues with the application, a Faster representative will reach out to resolve any issues.
What cards does the Faster terminal accept? Are there different fees for each card?
With the Faster Terminal you can accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and INTERAC Debt) with a fixed cost of 2.5% per transaction or $0.15 per INTERAC transaction.
How quickly can I access my funds?
Faster offers our merchants access to funds within 5 mins of the transaction being completed if you are on the fixed program.
Does the app work with Apple and Android?
The Faster application is available for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Can I add my Faster Card Apple Pay and Google Pay?
The Faster card is available to add to the Apple and Google Wallets.
